This site is too big for my monitor, I have to scroll sideways, why??
A: Our site is best viewed at a screen resolution of at least 1024 x
768.
It is very simple to confirm or change your settings:
1. Right-click on your desktop and select "Properties"
2. Click on "Settings"
3. Change your resolution to 1024 x 768 or higher.
You can change back at any time without damaging anything on your PC.
Q: How big are
the pictures in the members area?
A: The pictures in the members area are huge, we offer 2 different sizes,
one is 1024x682 pixels which will fill a 19" monitor and the second
one is 1400x936 pixels which will fill a 22" monitor.
Q: Do you have real shivering and chattering teeth videos?
Yes, just download and enjoy the really chilly videoclips.
Q: Do you have streaming videos?
A: No, we offer downloadable MPEG-1 videos, you download them to your
computer and then you can look at them whenever you want. Our videos
are playable on all computers.
Q: How do I download your videos?
A: If you are using a PC, right click on the mouse and then choose “Save
File As” and save the file to your hard drive. If you are using
a Mac, click on the mouse while holding down the control button and
choose “Download Link to Disk.”
With both PC and Mac, choose the destination on your hard-drive and
then click “Save.” Finally, open your movie viewer, then open
the file thru the movie viewer and enjoy!

Do you have full length videos for sale?
A: Yes, Our
DVD shop

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card? Is it easy to stop the billing?
A: Yes, it is safe to use your credit card through the CCBill encrypted
fraud free system. We use CCBill because its really 100% safe. And yes,
it is easy to stop the billing, you can do it yourself or just e-mail
us and we will stop it for you!
Q: Will the billing be discreet?
A: Yes, it will NOT read Chillygirls on your credit card statement,
it will read CCBill.
Q:
I don´t have a credit card, can I join by some other method?
A: Yes, we accept wire/bank transfers and cash by post, please contact
us by e-mail for more details.
Q: I joined
but I can´t login, help!!!
A: Your username and password are case sensitive, if its " PaSSwOrd/
" then you must type in exactly that and not just " password

Q: I have problems accessing the site
A: It could be a security issue with Internet Explorer.
Go to the
menu line on the top of your browser
select Tools
select Internet Options
select the Security tag
be sure you have Internet zone set to medium or custom but not High
security
If you have custom
then click on the button on the bottom that says "Custom Level".
Scroll to the bottom of the list and check to be sure login is set to
either "Automatic login only in Intranet Zone" or "Prompt
for user name and password".
